Our Story
As a leading provider of quality baked goods, we take pride in offering the best that European baking has to offer. We are dedicated to serving the needs of our customers each and every day. Andrew and Leslie moved to the Sunshine coast in 2010 and MORE evolved from there in 2012. With their Master Baker, Alain, they introduced quality European baking to the Sunshine Coast.
This is a great space to meet and greet your loved one's. We deliver the best baking the coast can deliver and pride ourselves on being the only provider of fresh baked croissants made from scratch daily. One of four in British Columbia, makes us proud!
Our team consists of our Master baker, Andrew and Our cakes and pies are carefully created by Leslie.
Our front line staff, whose smiles and greetings await your arrival, and our online staff are neverthless the best. We have also taken pride in being part of the Tibetan Refugee Project by providing a Barista position to one of the refugees. Tenzin brought to us a Tibetan flavour to the family. We have for a few years been a link to the Gibsons Elementary school where several interns from the Baking section were taught the skills of Baking.
Never forgetting our Holiday staff who return when ever they are back on the coast.
